Our Little Dragons classes are an integrated Martial Arts program tailored to meet the needs of children between the ages of 3 and 6.
Our Little Dragons program focuses on developing their motor skills and hand eye co ordination through learning basic Tae Kwon Do. Additionally, our Little Dragons program implements Martial Arts such as Kickboxing, Sumo and BJJ, and students also learn about ‘bully prevention’ and ‘stranger danger’.
There are also numerous benefits to these classes, such as increased confidence and esteem, social skills, concentration and discipline. Another huge benefit is to the parents – We gaurantee you will love watching your little superstars in this class!
For our keen little martial artists who reached a more advanced stage, we also have a Weapons Classes for our Little Dragons who have reached an advanced level. Our Little Dragons learn the skills of various weaponry such as the sword, kama, bo and short sticks – all in a safe, fun and friendly environment!
