Our Teens classes cater to Teens between the ages of 13yrs and 17yrs. Our students learn the basics of Tae Kwon Do such as patterns, various kicks and sparring, and are also learn skills in other Martial Arts styles such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sumo and Muay Thai.
Classes are both challenging and rewarding, as the kids aim to progress through the different belt colours with each belt colour being harder than the last. Like Kids Beginners, there are also numerous benefits to the classes, such as increased confidence and esteem, social skills, fitness, Respect, Concentration and discipline.
